We had the most amazing experience from the minute we made contact with Sarah at Jewel Park. Sarah stayed in touch answered all of our questions providing the information we needed to help us select our beautiful Dolly girl. Dolly has been home for two days and we are absolutely smitten.

Never had a puppy before and taking some personal leave from work created an ideal time. I was referred to JP after a friend showed me a puppy on their Facebook page.

I found their website easy to navigate and full of lots of information both for beginner owners (like myself) and advance owners (DNA profiles etc). Booking in was easy and flexible with Sarah making sure I was accommodated. Meeting Mya (now Chelly) was easy and seamless. They explained all the processes, from registrations to vaccinations, but more impressively was their attention to making me prepared for the journey of being a dad to a fur baby.

The starter pack was greatly appreciated including all the materials. Also being explained the vulnerabilities that pups have for ground based viruses was incredibly detailed and important.

Collecting Chell was easy and I left feeling a sense of responsibility but supported. Hearing the owners encourage me to text, call or reach out for questions was amazing and very appreciated.

Their attention to detail, in company with their professionalism, was brilliant.

Husband and I could not be any happier with the service and expertise provided to us by the Jewel Park team especially Sarah and Caleb!! They were super helpful and accomodating and so knowledgable making the whole experience so great. Moose has been sooooo cheeky from the get go! He has the most beautiful personality and he is so intelligent, loving, and boisterous! He has helped in finding a family members lost dog by sniffing her out, loves sitting in the excavator with his Dad at work and loves coming on adventures with me and my husband wherever we go and has even learnt how to bring a fish back to the fishing bucket and placing it in there so gently!! Moose is so gorgeous and such a loving boy and is always down for a cuddle or 10!!

The JewelPark border collie family was amazing throughout the whole process of us purchasing one of their puppies from them. 
From the open day, to us having regular visits and then picking up our little girl the process was seamless and the engagement from the Jewel Park team and all the other dogs was awesome. 
The team are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They know so much and are always happy to answer any questions. 
Thank you so much for helping us find our newest family member. Our little girl Josie is having a great time settling in. She’s had a few trips out and about, Bunnings was her first stop!! The kids are in love already and so are we! She even helped with the Easter egg hunt but don’t worry she didn’t eat any.

Lovely! Sarah was extremely professional and very communicative. She was able to more than just assist us in our enquires and our further understanding of Border Collies. She was able to answer our questions and give us guidance in our journey ahead. Sarah was a wonderful contact for The business as was Julie, who also assisted us prior to the visit. We are very excited and looking forward to our adventure ahead with Jewel Park Border Collies in the future.

Julie and Sarah are extremely professional and fantastic breeders.  We would highly recommend them to anybody thinking of getting a gorgeous boarder collie puppy.

Such an amazing experience we picked up a beautiful puppy today! They made the experience so wonderful and easy! Amazing communication as well! Mack our old boy and Murphy are getting along great they are having so much fun playing together.

Was met by a group of beautiful, friendly young dogs. Met Julie, Andrew and Sarah. They brought a female dog from out the back who I immediately liked and decided to purchase. The paperwork was comprehensive and witnessed by a couple of very friendly cats. Signed off and headed for home with a gift box including toys, lead and collar. Plus food. Very good experience. Familiarisation walk around the block when we arrived home. 6 km walk around the lake when I got home from work tonight. Were off to tennis soon.

Everything I needed to know was explained in great detail and was easy to understand. The members of Jewel Park are all round delightful people to deal with and their puppies are so beautiful! I can tell everything they have had a lot of thought gone into getting your new pup, and they provide amazing resources to help you have the best start possible with your pup.

In July we made a time to meet the puppies 
at Jewel Park and left that same day with our gorgeous Olive. Sarah provided us with so much helpful info which resulted in us making the best decision ever by taking Olive home. Olive is so close to everyone in our family. She is so loyal, loving, well behaved (99% of the time). Olive has shown her true talents by excelling at puppy school. Olive completes me

Amazing service and knowledge! Turned up to an open day thinking about adding a new member to the family after losing our 16.5 year old border collie. His little fur bro (another border collie) was heartbroken and we knew it was time to give him a new best buddy. We ended up taking our beautiful boy Murphy home the next day and Jasper (and us!) has a whole new lease on life now! Super happy!
